I’ve followed Faith online for a couple of years now, long before I ever sat down to write this, and she’s always stood out to me. There’s a drive to her, a confidence in the way she shows up and creates, that’s hard to ignore. You can tell she doesn’t just talk about building things - she actually does it. (And she’s got the numbers to prove it.)
Faith has been shaping local businesses for years. You’ve likely seen her work in social marketing for names like Mr. Shuck’s Seafood and Willie’s Weenie Wagon - even if you didn’t know she was behind it. She has a way of connecting brands to people that feels effortless, authentic, and impactful. Her work isn’t just marketing; it’s building a story, creating a presence, and helping businesses grow in ways that truly matter. And now, Faith has turned that energy toward something entirely her own: Newcastle Bakery. She started baking after becoming a mom, focusing entirely on clean ingredients to make the best treats possible for her son. That same attention to quality, thoughtfulness, and care shows up in everything she makes, with no artificial dyes or preservatives and offering sugar and gluten free cookie options. Her baked goods are (beyond) generous, beautifully simple, and precise - large, clean, and deliberate in a way that reflects the kind of person she is: confident, capable, and unafraid to do things well.
What I find inspiring about Faith is how she balances creativity with strategy. She thrives in fast-paced environments, loves taking on challenges, and approaches everything she does with a combination of energy and thoughtfulness. Whether she’s crafting campaigns for other businesses, managing digital strategies, or building her own brand from the ground up, she brings both passion and precision.
And she’s doing all of this while waking up at 4am to bake everything fresh. That kind of discipline says a lot. She’s not only committed to being an incredible mom, but she’s also pouring herself into something she genuinely loves - showing up every single day and doing the work.
It’s rare to meet someone who can build and lead while remaining humble and grounded but that’s exactly Faith. She’s been helping other brands grow, learning every step of the way, and now she’s allowing herself to be the focus of that same growth. Newcastle Bakery isn’t just another project, it’s a reflection of her skill, her dedication, her fine attention to detail and quality, and her heart.
Outside of work and baking, she loves gardening - a fitting metaphor for how she builds her life and her business: patiently, intentionally, and tending to what matters until it flourishes. And we’re reaping the rewards!
