Entrepreneur Crush of the Week: Brittney High of Haus of Beauty

This week I’m highlighting Brittney High, the owner and creative force behind Haus of Beauty in Downtown Brunswick! Brittney has built her career with a steady mix of technical skill, continued education, and a very intentional approach to how she shows up in her work and her space.

She’s spent over a decade in the beauty industry, starting in high-end salon management in Jacksonville before eventually transitioning into the service side of the industry, where she could be more hands-on with clients. That shift led her into permanent makeup, where she trained at one of the top academies in the country and quickly built a strong foundation in microblading and cosmetic tattooing. From there, she naturally expanded her offerings into lip blush, eyeliner work, and brow lamination, always with a strong focus on precision and ongoing education rather than trends for trend’s sake.

What stands out most about Brittney is how intentional she is with her craft. She continues to invest in advanced training and technique development, which shows in the consistency and refinement of her work. She’s someone who clearly treats this as a long-term profession, not just a service.

Haus of Beauty is an extension of that mindset. Located in Downtown Brunswick, the studio reflects Brittney’s personality in a very grounded way; structured, thoughtful, and welcoming without being chaotic or overdesigned. There’s a softness to the space through details like affirmations and pink accents, but it still feels highly organized and purpose-driven. It’s the kind of environment that reflects someone who values both creativity and control in equal measure.

In her most recent chapter, Brittney has been working alongside Olivia Herron, another licensed body artist at the studio. The two of them clicked quickly, and that synergy is evident in the way the studio operates day-to-day; steady, collaborative, and client-focused without feeling over-complicated.

Haus of Beauty offers a range of services including tattoos, piercings, permanent makeup, microblading, lip blush, and infrared sauna sessions. Brittney’s role across all of it is very hands-on, with a strong emphasis on listening to client goals and delivering results that feel tailored rather than templated.

Outside of her work, Brittney is a mom to her daughter Hattie, someone who values travel and family time, and a person who has openly navigated major personal transformations in her life. That depth shows up in her presence. She’s grounded, consistent, and very clear about the experience she wants to create for people who sit in her chair.

At the core of it, Brittney is someone who has built a career through repetition, refinement, and staying committed to doing things well. Haus of Beauty reflects that, but it starts with her.

From both a personal and entrepreneurial standpoint, her consistency, restraint, and commitment to doing things well is exactly why I chose to highlight her this week!
