"I love working with natural elements to create unique art pieces for you to enjoy. I mix my handmade ceramic pieces with gemstones & various metals to give my jewelry line it's earthy appeal. It is easy to see that my inspiration often comes from the beauty of nature.
Although jewelry is the focus of my work, I love working in several mediums. Pottery, Stained Glass, Batik, Sewing & Organic gardening (it really is an art!) fill my time when I am not working on jewelry.

"Welcome! I create composite pen and ink drawings. Utilizing cross-hatching and hard contrast I capture the essence of antique tin-type photographs while incorporating modern elements, objects, and skulls. I sell to private collectors and encourage custom pieces. My custom pieces have included victorian set pet portraits, classic pet portraits, skull composites, and anything you can think up! In addition to my Etsy shop I also sell prints of some of my drawings and jewelry in local shops. It all started with my research into tattoo designs and grew to a love of skulls and the detail found on their surfaces. I quickly began compiling a broad reference base as the foundations of these Frankenstein monsters and creating personalities by combining objects that spoke to me. I am currently working on a new collection, so check back for updates!
I presently live in Greenville, South Carolina with my boyfriend and two crazy dogs. Along with working and drawing, I enjoy crafting, working on our home garden, traveling, spending time in Asheville, and reading fantasy and science fiction novels. "I grew up on St. Catherines, an island along the Georgia coast. When I was old enough I even had to ride a boat to school! However, instead of attending class, I would much rather have been exploring, climbing live oak trees, playing at the beach, chasing down wildlife or fishing. Dinner (hopefully fish!) was something I always looked forward to. I think the best stories are told around the dinner table. That's why I make ceramics; because I want to be a part of that. I hope that my sea turtle or shorebird plates turn the conversation to the wonder of the Golden Isles.
I roll out each piece using white clay. My technique involves soft slab and traditional hump molds. Dinnerware pieces are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe...so enjoy!"
