By booking your 15-minute “Only Pay for the Images You Want” session and signing this agreement, you understand and agree to the following terms: A. Session Structure & Purpose Fast & Focused Session Your session lasts 15 minutes and is designed to produce highly polished, professional images on your timetable. Whether for headshots, boutique product photography, real estate, or marketing assets—this is precision, not production scale. Pay What You Need After your session, you’ll receive access to a watermarked online gallery of all the final images. You may purchase individual images or buy the entire collection—only paying for what you'll actually use. B. Payment Terms Session Fee There is no session fee. Image Purchases Individual images are priced at $75 each up to 4 images. Images are $60 with a purchase of 5-6. Full gallery purchase is available for $250. Payment Methods Accepted forms of payment include cash, Venmo, CashApp, personal check. Full payment is required before images are delivered without the watermark. Delivery and Access The watermarked gallery will be delivered via a private link within 24 hours of your session. Once final payment is received, you'll receive a download link for the images you purchased. C. Gallery Access & Selection Selection Window You have two weeks from gallery delivery to select and purchase your images. After this period, the gallery will be deleted. Re-uploading can be arranged for $50; failure to select after an additional week may result in further fees or permanent deletion. Watermark Notice All gallery images are watermarked and not for use until purchased. Watermarked images must not be used, shared, printed, or posted—doing so violates copyright. D. Licensing & Usage Copyright Leslie Hand Photography retains full copyright on all images created during the session. Purchased Image License Upon purchase, you receive a license to use that image for any personal or commercial purpose, subject to: Not misrepresenting the photographer’s endorsement of your product, service, or business. Not altering or removing photographer’s watermark without express permission. Unauthorized Use Penalty If you use, share, scan, copy, or otherwise utilize any watermarked or unpurchased image without permission, you will be invoiced at the current retail price per image. Images cannot be used for any purposes other than publication and cannot be sold or altered in any way, shape, or form. E. Rescheduling & Cancellations Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive 10 minutes early—your 15-minute window begins promptly. Late arrivals will not extend session time; no refunds for lost time. Reschedule Policy You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Photographer-Caused Changes In case of illness, equipment issues, or severe weather, I may need to reschedule. I’ll notify you promptly and arrange a new time with no penalty. F. Turnaround & Archival Delivery Timeline Your gallery will be delivered via online link within 24 hours of your session. Archive Duration Images are archived for six months after delivery. Archived files are accessible for re-download for a fee of $150. After six months, all images (purchased and unpurchased) will be deleted, with no guarantee of recovery. G. Liability & Release Model Release You grant Leslie Hand Photography the right to use any selected or purchased images for promotional use (e.g., social media, portfolio, blog). Liability Release I’m not liable for injuries or damages before, during, or after the session. You assume all risk for yourself and any participants. H. Agreement Acknowledgment By signing below or submitting the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
